Withdrawal before your term begins

Payment is due upon registration. However, if you decide to withdraw from the course before you enroll in Tell Me More, you will receive a full refund of your tuition minus Paypal's $10 processing fee.

Withdrawal after term begins

After you enroll in Tell Me More, you will receive a refund according to the following schedule, minus the cost of your Tell Me More license. Although you will no longer receive services from your My Language Requirement instructor, you will retain all rights of access to Tell Me More for the duration of the course for which you registered.

Withdrawal before enrolling in Tell Me More - 100% refund (minus $10 credit card processing fee).

Withdrawal on or before Day 9 of a 5-week course, Day 18 of a 10-week course or Day 27 of a 15-week course - 75% of tuition minus cost of your Tell Me More License ($199). You retain all rights of access to Tell Me More for the duration of your term.

Withdrawal after Day 9 of a 5-week course, Day 18 of a 10-week course or Day 27 of a 15-week course - no refund. However, if you re-register and complete your course within six months of your original registration date, you will receive a rebate of $50 upon completion of your course.
